This report was meant to evaluate how effectively non-conforming industrial sites have adapted to their surrounding residential neighborhood by discussing various aspects of these buildings, such as their operation, size, age and appearance in relation to nearby homes. The studied areas include Massachusetts cities of Leominster, Fitchburg, Holyoke, Chicopee, and Westfield.
