This session will provide participants with substantive information about how a data-driven,
transformational change model for student success has been implemented over the past four years.
The process of changing organizations of higher education requires a careful understanding of cultural
elements, interactive systems, leadership and human support. Facilitators will first present the change
model, along with a detailed assessment rubric, and then lead a small group activity to begin developing
data-driven action plans for their respective organizations.
