Description

"Students with learning, psychiatric, sensory, or medical disabilities are presenting in increased numbers

on college campuses, leaving many faculty and staff unsure of how best serve them. Ongoing

communication and collaboration between Student and Academic Affairs is essential for a successful

student outcome. This program will describe the development of ASSIST (Academic Support and

Success Initiative to keep Students on Track), an online site designed to share mental health/disability

information and promote discussion among constituencies across the campus community."
