Description

Retention efforts at Worcester State University have leveraged relationships, technology, and data to increase student success and to ease transitions for our students at pivotal points in their academic careers. In this session, in addition to engaging participants in a discussion on how they might realign existing resources on their campuses to start building a campus-wide retention plan, we will share what we have learned, measured, and how focused retention efforts have yielded early results at WSU. This session is designed to inform the work of faculty, staff, and administrators.
