Iis P. Tussyadiah is Reader in Hospitality and Digital Experience in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at University of Surrey. Her research interests include the roles of information and communication technologies in shaping consumer behavior and experiences in the travel and hospitality settings.

Florian J. Zach is the Tod and Maxine McClaskey Faculty Fellow with the School of Hospitality Business Management, Carson College of Business, Washington State University. His main research interests include innovation and stakeholder management in tourism destinations and the implementation of technologies to enhance tourist experiences.

Jianxi Wang is Lecturer in the School of Economics and Management at Shanghai Maritime University. His main research interests are in the application of technologies in the cruise industry.
