Marc-Antoine Vachon, Ph.D., is co-holder of the Transat Chair in Tourism and associate professor at the Marketing Department of the School of Management of the University of Quebec in Montreal, Canada. He specializes in the study of tourism services, destination marketing and inter-organizational collaboration.

Laurence Boyer-Turp is a graduate student in tourism development at the School of Management of the University of Quebec in Montreal. She is currently completing her memoir on innovative marketing in the tourism business. Her specializations are communication and marketing of touristic destinations and public relations.
