Yueying Hazel Xu is an assistant professor at the Institute for Tourism Studies, Macau. Her research and teaching interests are in marketing for hospitality and tourism, and Event Management. She has published articles with journals including Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, FIU Hospitality Review, and Tourism Analysis. She is currently a member in the Committee for the Development of Conventions and Exhibitions of Macau SAR.
IpKin Anthony Wong is an assistant professor at the Institute for Tourism Studies, Macau. His current research interests include tourism and hospitality marketing, service quality, international marketing, green marketing, and casino and gambling behaviors. His articles appeared at Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel and Tourism Marketing, and more. He is currently serving on several editorial boards including International Journal of Hospitality Management, Cornell Hospitality Management, and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
Xiuchang Sherry Tan isa lecturer at the Institute for Tourism Studies, Macau specialized in event management. Prior to joining IFT, she worked in the MICE industry for some years, gleaning rich experience by organising events ranging from exhibitions, conferences and seminars to special events. Her research interests include event tourism, tourists’ behaviour and service management.
