    the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of K-12 teacher education programs at the undergraduate and Master's levels, research and advanced study that furthers understanding of teacher education, curriculum development, teaching, and learning, leadership in policy development and the promotion of effective teacher education, curriculum, and school practices in the Commonwealth.
