The School of Public Policy (SPP) is a non-partisan, interdisciplinary research and teaching center at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. SPP is committed to improving public policy and management by conducting and applying research and educating leaders for public service. Located within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences, SPP offers the following academic programs: full- and part-time Masters of Public Policy and Administration (MPPA) programs and a Public Policy and Administration Certificate program for University of Massachusetts undergraduate students. In addition to interdisciplinary research conducted by our faculty members and associates, SPP is home to the National Center for Digital Government and the Science, Technology, and Society Initiative.
