The Center for Education Policy in the College of Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst was created to put the University's research capacity to work on key education policy issues in Massachusetts, in other New England states, and beyond.

The Center conducts studies and evaluates programs on topics relating to K-12 education reform and K-16 alignment, access, and outcomes.

The Center also convenes policy leadership conferences, bringing together legislators, executive branch staff, educators, union leaders, researchers, funders, and other education stakeholders to share research findings and test policy solutions.

Policymakers interested in expert assistance, and faculty and graduate students interested in conducting education policy studies, are encouraged to contact the Center for Education Policy.
