Mike Davis is reference librarian and library liaison to the Isenberg School of Management, the UMass Labor Center and the UMass Psychology Department. Since arriving at UMass in 1994, Mike has been methodically reformatting the business collection from an entirely paper collection to a comprehensive full-text online business collection.
Mike's research interest include the enhancement of UMass business education through expanded student interaction with proprietary business databases. He also experiments with innovative forms of research service delivery, including support by instant messaging, expanded online document delivery, and bringing research services directly to the academic departments through weekly on-site Librarian Office Hours.
