Abstract
Concurrent enrollment programs provide high school students with the opportunity to earn college credit in the high school taught by high school instructors who have been certified to teach by a sponsoring higher education institution. Once in college, Alumni of UConn's Early College Experience, one of the largest concurrent enrollment programs in the country, have higher first semester GPA's and are more likely to graduate on time.
