Over the past five years, Bridgewater State University (BSU) has engaged in data-driven interventions that resulted in increased retention and graduation rates, and virtually eliminated the persistence and achievement gap between first-time full-time students and students of color. In this highly interactive session, BSU administrators and students of color will share lessons learned at BSU, and facilitate group discussions focused on creating plans of action for student of color support that participants can implement at their own institutions.
