This repository contains the source data associated with the publication “Orthogonal RNA-regulated destabilization domains for three-color RNA imaging with minimal RNA perturbation.” The dataset includes quantification of fluorescence intensities in living cells, RT-qPCR, and diffusion coefficient of single particles for figures in the publication.
