Abstract
Stream sections above and below an existing water diversion dam were modeled with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service's Instream Flow Incremental Methodology. Both section's fish numbers - controlling habitat relationships are being monitored to help determine the impacts of diverting much of the winter-spring streamflow.
