Abstract: Living North Sea was a €6.4M European project working from 2009 to 2013. It involved 15 organisations from seven countries around the North Sea to look at the combined issue of man made structures and the potential solutions to these problems. It looked specifically at the management issues around several species including sea trout, lamprey, and eel, and made management recommendations.
