The purpose of this report is to evaluate the potential for fish entrainment and impingement at the Claytor Hydroelectric Project (No. 739). Appalachian Power Company (Appalachian) is in the process of relicensing the Project using the Integrated Licensing Process (ILP) as defined by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
