Otitis media is a common medical condition that practitioners need to accurately diagnose and treat using evidence based guidelines to avoid overprescribing antibiotics. The aim of this project was to gain understanding of practitioners’ knowledge of the evidence based guidelines for the treatment of otitis media and survey them with regards to their experience about adherence to best practice guidelines for the treatment of otitis media and indications for antibiotic use.
