This report provides peer- and agency-reviewed specific guidelines for planning,conducting, analyzing, and reporting results from hydro turbine fish entrainment and mortality studies. Experience to date suggests that using the Guidelines can reduce the time and cost of developing a fish study plan that is acceptable to the regulatory agencies. http://www.epri.com
