From introduction: Since formation of the Committee on Water Quality (CWQ), it has provided assistance to a number of projects on site-specific problems and continually provides input to the Water Quality Research Program and the Water Operations Technical Support (WOTS) activities. Although the members of the CWQ maintain a high level of expertise and knowledge of Corps problems and potential solutions, input from District and project personnel is invaluable in assessing the current problems and solutions. To evaluate the status of these problems and potential solutions, a questionnaire was prepared by members of the CWQ and distributed to all District and Division offices.
