Abstract
From executive summary: This handbook provides guidance for persons selecting mitigation measures for impacts associated with small-scale hydroelectric (SSH) technology that affect fish, wildlife, and their habitats. The handbook presents information applicable for the construction and operational phases of SSH plants capable of generating 30 MW of electricity at peak output. Developers, contractors, and government agency personnel will find the handbook useful as they plan their activities in the hydroelectric field.
