Introduction: This document was developed by the Technical Committee for Fisheries Management of the Connecticut River and submitted to the Policy Committee for Fisheries Management of the Connecticut River for their concurrence. The following pages were divided into three sections, each addressing an area critical to the anadromous fish restoration effort. The first section discusses the fish passage requirements associated with the program, while the second discusses river flows in relation to the restoration effort. Section three delineates river reaches that are important to anadromous fish and discusses these in relation to potential or ongoing habitat alterations.
