This poster will detail a specific scenario of a single liaison to a growing professional school advocating for a second librarian to create a dynamic team better suited to support the growing school and the growing reach of business research among researchers outside of the business school. The content will describe the background need for a new experimental approach, the duo’s strategic planning and execution of a more responsive user-focused model, and reflect on the progress since 2019.
