Abstract
None supplied. From summary: From June 7 to August 15, 1987, Associated Fisheries Biologists, Inc. conducted a hydroacoustic study of downstream migrating salmon and steelhead at John Day Dam. The primary objective of this study was to provide fish passage information to the Corps on which the timing of spills for juvenile fish could be based. The secondary goals were to provide information on the horizontal, vertical, and temporal distributions of downstream migrants. Also, the affects of significant sources of error on passage estimates were analyzed.
