Abstract

Steve Wynn is a visionary who has reshaped the gaming industry in both Macau and the USA. His focus upon producing revenue from all departments in the casino resort was a strong departure from the past practice of using supporting departments to generate casino revenue. His leadership style has inspired many to rethink the casino resort business, both in terms of facilities and in customer service experience. This is one of five profiles of leaders in the hospitality and tourism industries.
