She specializes in qualitative research exploring work conditions in the hospitality and tourism industry.</p> <p>Bruce McAdams</p> <p>Bruce McAdams is an Associate Professor in the School of Hospitality, Food and Tourism Management at the University of Guelph. His research primarily focuses on restaurant sustainability. He has conducted research on a variety of topics in the restaurant industry including environmental sustainability, mental health and leadership.</p>This exploratory study captures job quality perceptions of 14 post-secondary school students employed in summer tourism jobs.
