Hany Kim, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Mount Saint Vincent University (email:hany.kim@msvu.ca). Her research interests include travel marketing and behavior. Her current research focuses on destination brand and cross-cultural issues in user-generated media.

Semih Yilmaz, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism of California State University at East Bay (email: semih.yilmaz@csueastbay.edu). Yilmaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in tourism management, and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). He recently completed his doctoral degree at University of Florida. His research interests are hospitality consumer behavior, tourism ethics, environmental and moral psychology.

YeongBae Choe is currently a PhD student and Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Tourism, Recreation and Sport Management at University of Florida (email:ychoe@ufl.edu). He holds a Bachelor degree in Convention Management and Business Administration and a master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism. His research interests are travelers’ decision-making and information-searching behaviors across all stages of tourism.
