Jennifer is currently completing her PhD at the University of Brighton in the UK. Her MA Tour was completed at the University of Otago (NZ) and her BA Recreation Administration was completed at the University of Alberta (Canada). Jennifer's research interests include cruise tourism, polar cruising, consumer behaviour, image elicitation and risk. Jennifer has worked onboard cruise ships for ten years for two major cruise lines and also continues to cruise several times a year. She also has a background of employment with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in Canada and seeks research that is useful and relevant for both academia and industry. Jennifer lives in both the UK and Canada.
