Yi Cheng, Serena, had her internship in Hilton Birmingham Metropole in 2012-2013 as a conference and event member. After graduated from National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism in 2014, I joined in The Residence at Mandarin Oriental, Taipei as a supervisor of Concierge. The Residence is a private apartment with whole hotel services, including housekeeping and event arrangement.

In 2016, I've kept full time job and enrolled into Graduation Institute of Sport, Leisure, and Hospitality Management at National Taiwan Normal University as a master student. For now, I put more focus on MICE and outbound market from India.

Outbound incentive travel from India has become significant trend in these years. This first paper explores how incentive travel destination is selected by in-depth interviewing with incentive planners, companies and staffs in India. The findings suggest that planners base perceptions on what characterizes incentive travels but vary slightly in planning and operational procedures to different customer requirements.
