Seojin Lee is a Ph. D. student in the School of Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University. She is mainly interested in tourism marketing.

Woojin Lee is an associate professor in the School of Community Resources and Development at Arizona State University. Her research focuses on the effects of mental imagery and multi-media on online consumer behavior in the context of the tourism information technology. She is especially interested in examining the effects of using social media and mobile application on tourism marketing and advertising strategies.

Hyeong-Yeon JEON is an assistant professor in the Department of Media & Communication Sciences at KonKuk University in Seoul, Korea. She obtained her Ph.D and master degree from University of Lumieres Lyon2 in France. Her areas of research include multimodal branding as luxury branding, regional branding, channel branding, and cultural branding analysis for understanding of brand communication strategies.

Dallen Timothy is Professor of Community Resources and Development, and Senior Sustainability Scientist at Arizona State University. He holds four visiting professorships in Asia and Europe. He is the editor of the Journal of Heritage Tourism and serves on the editorial boards of 13 international journals.
