Xiang (Robert) Li, Ph.D. (robertli@sc.edu), is a professor at the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, University of South Carolina. Robert conducts research on destination marketing and tourist behavior, with special emphasis on international destination branding, customer loyalty, and tourism in Asia.

Yingsha Zhang (zhang398@email.sc.edu), is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of South Carolina at the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Yingsha's research mainly focuses on destination management, tourism demand, and tourism marketing, with special emphasis on capacity and queuing management of theme parks, tourism flows, and destination image.

Yuan Wang (yuanw@email.sc.edu), is a Ph.D. student at the University of South Carolina at the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Yuan's research interests mainly are destination marketing, tourism and information technology, and vacation ownership.

Yang Cao (cao22@email.sc.edu), is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of South Carolina at the School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Her research interests focus on service marketing, service management, and consumer behavior in hospitality and tourism area.
