Ye Zhang is currently a visiting lecturer and Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University. Her research interest is in tourist decision-making prediction and intervention, tourism/hospitality service management, and travel facilitation among people with disabilities.

Dr. Shu Cole is an Associate Professor at Indiana University. Her research interest is to understand tourists' travel experiences and perceptions of the quality of travel and tourism services. Her recent research has been focusing on service barrier elimination for people with mobility impairments.
