Leana Reinl is an Irish Research Council Fellow at University of Guelph and a postdoctoral researcher with the RIKON research group (www.rikon.ie) at Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. Research interests include learning in small and micro-firm networks, evolving and sustainable learning community environments.

Felicity Kelliher is a Senior Lecturer in Management Studies and Founder-Senior Researcher at the RIKON research group (www.rikon.ie) at Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. Research interests include cooperative network activity, management capability development and individual learning in the small and micro-firm environment.
