Cathy Hsu is a Professor in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Her research foci have been tourism marketing and branding, tourist behaviors, service quality, and the economic and social impacts of casino gaming. She has obtained numerous grants and has over 200 refereed publications.
