Minwoo Lee is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Isenberg School of Management at UMass-Amherst. His current research interests include: Information Technology in hospitality and tourism, emotions in online reviews and consumers’ decision making, social media, business analytics, revenue management.

Linda L. Lowry, Ph.D., University of Massachusetts Amherst

Linda L. Lowry, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Isenberg School at UMass-Amherst. Her research and teaching interests include: social, cultural, and economic impacts of tourism and sustainable development. She is a qualitative researcher and locates herself in the constructionist paradigm.

John D. Delconte, University of Massachusetts Amherst

John D. Delconte is a Doctoral Student in the Department of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning at UMass-Amherst. His research interests include wellness and spiritual tourism, sustainability, cultural tourism, and creative place-making.
