Jing Li is a doctoral student in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management at North Carolina State University. She conducted research on evaluating service quality in tourism and hospitality. Her current research is on agritourism associations’ performance using a psychosocial approach that stems from psychology, sociology and business studies.
