The Center for Etruscan Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is home to an interdisciplinary educational initiative that aims to advance and to promote our understanding of Etruscan Civilization.

CES provides research opportunities for scholars working in the fields of Etruscan archaeology and Etruscan language studies. It offers students a range of educational opportunities, from courses on Etruscan archaeology, civilization, and language, to study abroad at the archaeological site of Poggio Civitate (Murlo), Italy. It contributes to the intellectual enrichment of UMass Amherst and the scholarly community at large through its electronic resources, its lectures and events, and its course offerings.
