Eby, and the Chair-man of the Foreign Affairs Committee, O. Vogl; by the President of the Society of Polymer Science Japan, M. Takayanagi; Chairman and Vice President for International Affairs, A. Abe. For the Polymer Division of the Royal Aus-tralian Institute of Chemistry, Chairman D.J.T. Hill and Chair-man of the International Committee, J.H. O'Donnell signed the Constitution.
