New information and communication technology in tourism and customer satisfaction in Essaouira in Morocco

Abstract
The introduction of new information and communication technologies in tourism is increasingly becoming a competitive advantage and a source of new profits. In Essaouira, Morocco, tourism operators are increasingly aware of the need to implement new forms of customer relationship management based on CRM to acquire new customers and satisfy the already acquired. This work attempts to study the performance of the tourist companies of the destination Essaouira, while analyzing the impact of the introduction of new information and communication technologies on the satisfaction of foreign and Moroccan customers.
