dc.description.abstractThis report analyzed the characteristics of the Rutland Heights State Hospital site, town of Rutland, and the urban region of Worcester, Massachusetts. An assessment of the proposed re-use options provided in the State Master Plan was conducted. Finally, site management and marketing strategies were identified.
