dc.description.abstract | This is a lyric novel exploring the role of womanhood and family in the age of plastic. It draws from relevant works of critical theory and poetry in order to propose a codification of disposability, what can and cannot be replaced in the anthropocene age. These explorations and propositions are filtered through the novel’s protagonist, Clarice, who endures a maximalist odyssey, through cityscape and landfill alike. | |
