As special topics, Dr. Steve McCormick (Loss of smolt characteristics in hatchery- and stream-reared Atlantic salmon in the Connecticut River) and Kevin Whalen of the National Biological Service (Smolt production and overwinter mortality of Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) stocked as fry) submitted papers included in this report.
