This report is the third in this series and covers essential Corps of Engineers program research conducted from 1960 through 1965. A summary of work conducted under the fish passage research program of the U.S. Bureau of Commerical Fisheries is also included in this report to reflect the broad scope of effort being applied toward resolution of fish passage problems in these two interrelated and coordinated programs.
