Description
This event is a panel discussion of issues surrounding the management and sharing of data in an effort to understand the impacts of recent data management requirements. This panel presents three perspectives on the topic and will serve as a catalyst for discussion among faculty, graduate students, and librarians. This panel is being organized by the Libraries' Data Working Group in collaboration with Mt Holyoke College LITS.
Panelists include:
- Limor Peer, Associate Director for Research at the Institution for Social and Policy Studies, Yale University
- Lisa Minter, Faculty member Veterinary and Animal Science, UMass Amherst
- Sarah Miller, Graduate student Sociology, UMass Amherst
Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
