Description
Concerning student behavior is not limited to the weekends. Reports of problematic student behavior are reported by faculty, academic advisors, and staff in various campus offices. Often problematic student behavior is an early warning sign, and without proper intervention, can result in life threatening incidents or emergencies. In this workshop, participants will have a choice to review the basics of crisis management and discuss case study situations in small group settings. This session will provide a framework for recognizing concerning behavior and intervening quickly and appropriately.
