dc.description.abstractCulture and heritage are two things that are inseparable. Since it has been recognised that cultural and heritage is part of a tourist destination that must be developed with the aim of maintaining its sustainability and existence. This study does explore and analyses how small business and middle and big firm in the same industry will able to share market? and are small business important for state revenue? This study will be based on three research study models, namely context analysis, observational participation and in-depth interviews. These three models will be used to highlight and interpret strategic options from existing developments by taking-into-account advances in dynamic capability theory as a consideration in dealing with empirical cases. The difference between small and large enterprises brings different perceptions to the process of resource and environmental changes, where the ability of large enterprises can exploit the market compared to small and medium enterprises.
